Coffee: Lets be honest, most of us cannot function during the day with out a hot cuppa in hand.
However, too much coffee can tend to become a bit unhealthy after a while.
But we have you coffee lovers covered with a few ‘healthier’ coffee recipes which are guaranteed to have you feeling energetic as well as motivated.
- Go nuts with a coconut milk latte:
Replace your usual milk with coconut milk. This is a much healthier option and it will add that extra taste to your cup of coffee.
- Add something sweet with a vanilla Almond Milk Latte:
Who doesn’t enjoy a nice vanilla flavoured drink?
Blend two cups of vanilla flavoured almond milk, add one cup of instant espresso and a pinch of cocoa powder, and voila!
A delicious and healthy cup of of awesome on the go coffee.
- Add a touch of tumeric to your latte:
Add 1/2 teaspoon of tumeric, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger to one cup of almond milk.
Add a sweetener of your choice and blend well.
- Dark Chocolate Blended Coffee:
Add one cup of dark chocolate liquid extract to one cup of milk.
Add two tablespoons of coffee, a dash of vanilla flavouring and a sweetener of your choice.
Blend together and there you have it!
