Melania Trump, 47, may have waved goodbye to her modelling days, but she’s still maintained her good looks and slim frame.
From always eating the same breakfast to never following food fads, the First Lady has a disciplined diet plan but doesn’t deprive herself of sweet indulgences.
To kickstart her day, Melania always opts for a healthy breakfast.
She revealed to GQ a few years ago she usually starts off her day with either a bowl of fibre-rich oatmeal or a nutrient-packed smoothie “with a few ingredients and lots of vitamins in it”.
The Slovenian-born former model then keeps her figure looking trim and skin glowing by eating antioxidant-rich fruit throughout the day.
She reportedly has a goal to eat a least seven pieces of fruit a day.
With such incredible looks, it’s hard to imagine Melania treats herself to anything sugary – but you’d be wrong.
Closer reports the First Lady saying: “I don’t have a particular snack I always eat. If I would snack, I would snack on maybe fruit or a little bit of chocolate, because I think your body needs that, too.
“It’s good to indulge cravings and your tastes once in awhile…as long as you balance those things with healthy foods.”
Indulgence in moderation seems to be Melania’s key.
But she does have a favourite meal she probably always turns too.
The First Lady admitted in 2010 her favourite meal in the world is Chicken Parmigianino at Jean Georges in New York.
