With the biggest candy-eating day of the year behind us, my little guy and I want to invite you to join the Healthy Kid’s Snack Challenge! Here’s the thing: the sugar struggle is real this time of year, and for kids, a lot of that sugar comes in the form of snacks and drinks. So, we want to help you change that!
We put together our favorite & best snack recipes that we make in our kitchen all the time, and then we show you – through video – simple step by step how to make them, what each ingredient does for your body, how to use easy ingredients several ways, that way you get the most mileage out of them. There’s grocery list, handouts, motivation and support.
I’m happy to say, each snack is gluten-free, no refined sugar, protein-filled and easy to make. Best of all, it will support your kids staying healthy and get you in the kitchen cooking together!
So this week, keep a healthy snack out for your kids! Snacks fill in those nutritional gaps, and are super important to them staying well, having energy and feeling awesome.
